They Told This 700 Pound Man He Would Die By 35. How He Responded Is So Inspiring!

Taylor Swift recently received a message and request from a doctor via Youtube. The contents of this message were extremely touching and heart-warming. What exactly was he asking? It all had to do with his patient, Ronnie.

Ronnie was so overweight – 675 lbs – that doctors thought it might take his life. In fact, they told him at that rate he wouldn’t live past the age of 35. He was bound to his home and jobless. In an effort to turn his life around, Ronnie set out to make a change and get back into shape.

He started working out, his first step being a hand bike. He pushed through, moving on to chair weights. 350 days later, he had lost an extremely significant amount of weight and it was even being recognized on the news… but Ronnie wasn’t finished yet.

Ronnie has been on his journey for almost 2 years and he’s still going strong. His doctor appealed to the social web via his inspiring Youtube video of Ronnie, asking people to help spread his message so that Taylor might do something special for him at her upcoming concert on June 3rd in Cleveland.
