Sylvester Stallone And A Young “Rocky” Fan Share An Touching Moment

Sylvester Stallone Rocky

Sylvester Stallone ran into a young fan while he was out and about earlier this month, and they shared a sweet moment when the kid recited an iconic Rocky monologue like an Oscar-winning actor.

The TikTok account Dom Lucre | Breaker of Narratives shared a clip of the encounter on behalf of @5AM.Secrets. In it, Sly is standing in front of the Rocky Balboa statue in Philadelphia, PA, with dozens of starstruck fans gathered around. A little boy approaches him and starts reciting the lines.

“Let me tell you something you already know,” he shouts with determination. “The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place, and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.”

Visibly impressed, Sylvester Stallone starts acting out the Rocky scene alongside the boy.

“You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit,” they continued. “It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!”

The boy puts his whole body into the monologue, which makes Sly smile. The interaction won the hearts of the crowd and social media.

“Sylvester has never forgotten where he came from,” someone wrote. “And he came from nothing.”

“He’s a good dude. I’m glad he turned out to be exactly what I thought he was!” cheered another.

“This little fella will never forget this,” wrote another commenter. “I adore this good interaction.”
