Adorable 6-Yr-Old Celebrates Last Day Of Chemo With Cutest Dance Ever.

Little Jimmy Spagnolo, is a brave 6-year-old who was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor when he was only four months old. But Jimmy and his family couldn’t contain their joy after he finished a year long round of chemotherapy treatment. True to hospital tradition, they celebrated by ringing a bell at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania on Friday.

Hospital patients traditionally ring the bell after reaching treatment milestones or becoming cancer-free. The bell’s ringing “can signify the sound of tears, strength, fear, courage, doubt, satisfaction, relief and happiness all coming through as one, as people around them cheer this accomplishment.â€

So far, Jimmy has endured four rounds of treatment. The little guy still has a tumor, but doctors are certain it’s much smaller than it once was. They are hopeful and optimistic that Jimmy will live a full and long life.

Though everyone was overjoyed that Jimmy had finished treatment, the real gem of the video below is the pure joy that shines from his soul.

After ringing the bell, Jimmy jumped up and down and wiggled his body all around in the cutest way possible. His ridiculously adorable reaction was recorded and posted to Facebook where it is surely soon to go viral.

Jimmy’s father, Jim, told CBS Pittsburgh. “It was really special.â€
