When these adrenal responses are few and far between the body can readjust pretty easily… but if they persist things get bad in a hurry. However stressed you feel, studies show that 77% of us feel the physical repercussions of work-related stress… one way or another, it needs to be dealt with.
The team at Dogswell decided to shake up a busy office day with some much needed puppy therapy. They posed as a news team doing a story on stress in the workplace, but not a moment after they walked through the front door their furry friends came bounding in.
The atmosphere in the office changed drastically and immediately. Eyes that were tired and faces drawn a moment before suddenly lit up as the pups took over their workplace.
