Some people absolutely love making a New Year’s resolution. It’s a chance to start fresh with new goals and renewed motivation. Others loathe the idea of a resolution, arguing that they are useless because few people keep them. The adorable 4-year-old below speaks to both of the aforementioned personality types: those who love making resolutions and those who’d rather not. She is all about making changes in the coming year, but she doesn’t like the idea that you have one day to change. She argues that you can’t just make one, big decision or resolution and expect everything to be different.
Every day is an opportunity for change.
Keep your resolutions, but go easy on yourself. Will you change? Maybe. But it probably wont happen in one big moment, it’ll happen in thousands of little moments. Every time you choose to forgive or slow down or be grateful… that’s where the change happens.
Oh, and did we mention that she is also ADORABLE!
Check out this girl’s brilliant New Year’s advice below and share to inspire someone today!
