If this newborn could’ve talked, the first words out of her mouth might have been something along the lines of, “Lemme go! I got places to go and things to do!”Or she may have just wanted to stretch her limbs, since she’d just spent the last nine months curled up in a womb.

Whatever the case may be, this baby girl made waves just minutes after she was born. As you’ll see in the video below, a midwife dressed in surgical scrubs is holding up this newborn girl as she tries to walk!
The video was posted on May 25 and has been viewed close to 100 million times.
When and where the baby girl was born are unclear, but the midwife can clearly be heard saying, “Oh my gosh, the girl is walking. Good gracious! Merciful father. I was trying to wash her here and she keeps getting up to walk.â€
When her legs collapse beneath her, the midwife picks her up and carries her back to where she started — but she stubbornly rises back up on her feet again and takes several more faltering steps.
Some reflexes are present at birth, including the so-called “step reflex,”according to Stanford Children’s Health: “This reflex is also called the walking or dance reflex because a baby appears to take steps or dance when help upright with his or her feet touching a solid surface.â€
Reflex or not, it is so cute!
