Homeless Dog Was Too Scared To Let Rescuers Get Close, But Then Finally They Made A Break Through.

Hope for Paws is a non-profit animal rescue organization, based in Los Angeles, California.

They rescue dogs (and all other animals) suffering on the streets and in shelters. One of their biggest priorities once rescued: protecting them in foster homes (cage free) until families can come to adopt.

Every day, the organization receives numerous calls reporting animals in need. In the video below, they got a call concerning a sad and injured dog trapped in an industrial area.

The dog was grey and covered in ticks, but after a few days of coercing him to have trust, he tired down and let the handlers take him to safety.

After being rescued and groomed, “Hendrix” actually had a white coat and was clean of insects. Now he is in a foster home and happier than ever. He even knows how to shake!

Share Hendrix’s touching story and spread the word about Hope For Paws’ amazing mission!
