A Canadian teenager has set a new Guinness World Record with an act of coordination so impressive, we are literally blown away. Saul Hafting is 16 and lives in Annapolis Royal in Nova Scotia. Six years ago, a friend showed him a trick to solve the Rubik’s cube, and Saul immediately went and bought one of the toys for himself. In 2021 he decided to go for the world record, but his time for solving the cube quickly was beaten almost immediately.
Saul decided the way to get a world record was to combine solving the Rubik’s cube with another talent, so he turned to another old friend, the pogo stick. He started practicing daily, staying on the pogo stick for up to an hour at a time, and then added solving multiple Rubik’s cubes while bouncing. Finally, he was ready for his record-setting feat.
On October 2021, Saul spent one hour and 12 minutes hopping on the pogo stick while solving a Rubik’s cube 211 times! Watch the video below to see Saul crushing the new world record, and don’t forget to share!
