Howling is still new to this tiny puppy, so it’s a good thing his human dad is there to coach him! In an adorable video, a dog owner started showing his brand new pooch the ropes. First, he imitated the sound in order to get the little pup going. It took a few tries, but eventually the puppy’s whines turned into full-blown howling. Dad couldn’t have been more proud!
Of course, since this dog was still quite young, the sound that came out of his mouth was definitely way more cute than majestic. Honestly, we could watch this puppy howling while perched on his dad’s shoulder all day long!
In the caption of the video, the dog’s owner mentioned that he was only three weeks old. One commenter pointed out that it was unusual to adopt a puppy at such a young age, and assumed there must be more to the situation. Boy, were they right!
“I’m not meaning to sound critical, but why do you have a puppy that’s only three weeks old away from its mother,” the user wrote. “Just want to hear the story.”
In his reply, this dog dad explained that he also owned the pooch’s mother! The howling puppy in the video was only one out of a litter of seven living in the same household. It sounds like there’s a cuteness overload in that home!
