Sister Cristina Scuccia is a 25 year-old nun and has always dreamt of blessing other people. Along with her duties in the church, she sings any chance she can to bring her ‘gift’ to those around her.

When she requested permission from the church to audition for The Voice Italy, they gladly gave her the go-ahead. Thanks to the nunnery, Sister Christina’s blind audition was about to blow everyone away.
Instead of singing a traditional song of the church, Christina chose a catchy Alicia Keys tune. Her song choice certainly added to the judges surprise when they finally turned to see the talented nun where a pop star should have been.
By the end, the judges are shocked, tearing up, and fighting to have Christian join their teams.
It’s obvious that Sister Christina has an incredible love for life and the people around her… the beautiful voice is just a bonus.
