When the nerdy-looking Vladimir Georgievsky took to the stage at Britain’s Got Talent and said he was going to do a trampoline routine, I was stunned. He looked more like a Russian literature professor than an athlete, much less a trampoline performer!

But, as it turns out, it was all part of the show. Vladimir is a brilliant gymnast who adds humor to his performances by clowning around. His clumsy demeanor is actually part of a perfectly choreographed routine meant to inspire awe and laughter in his audience. Some of the tricks that he pulled off must have required hours upon hours of practice!
The thing I love about Vladimir has to do with his passion to positively affect others. He took his talent for gymnastics and his desire to make people laugh and is using it to impact people’s lives, even if it doesn’t come off that way upon first sight.
So, in the spirit of Vladimir, ask yourself how you can make a positive difference in people’s lives today… and go do it!
