Woman Surprises Mom At Home After 18 Months Apart And Her Reaction Is Pure Joy.

The novel coronavirus pandemic has been hard on everyone. With lockdowns, quarantines, and social distancing measures in place all over the world, getting together with loved ones has been the ultimate challenge.

That’s why Tay Rae shared a video of the first time she got to see her mom after a full year and a half apart. She had planned a trip back home to see her mother, but when Brisbane, Australia, hit “red” status for their virus transmission, she had to cancel. So the moment travel restrictions were lifted, Tay’s stepfather called her to ask if she would come surprise her mom on her birthday!

Of course, Tay said yes! She hopped on a flight and showed up in her mother’s kitchen unannounced. In a video, we get to see the moment they set eyes on each other for the first time in 18 months, and it’s absolutely beautiful. Grab a tissue — you’ll need it!

Don’t forget to share this sweet reunion to make someone smile.
