In a surprising TV mash-up, The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon took over the stage at The Voice, pranking the audience and coaches!
Jimmy started the bit from the audience, talking in a silly voice with a beard and sunglasses.
“Is this the part of the show where you take questions from the audience?” Jimmy interrupts.
After receiving a resounding “No” from the host of The Voice, Jimmy continued anyway, offering the winner of the show an opportunity to head to New York for The Tonight Show.
Jimmy playfully jested with the folks around him, inquiring whether or not they’d been to NYC themselves.
After a minute or so in the audience, Jimmy decided to take the stage and perform a song.
Tony Bennett’s “(I Left My Heart) In San Francisco” began playing, and the judges erupted in laughter.
What happened after can only be described as utter hilarity. Jimmy Fallon enthralled the judges with his singing and beard-ography (choreography with his beard).
