Card tricks are some of the toughest tricks to execute properly. First and foremost, they’re hard to get right. But performers are also challenged with making the tricks impressive on a grand stage.
Anna Deguzman took this challenge head-on and stunned the judges and audience with her talents.
It’s the Qualifiers round on America’s Got Talent, and the performers have to up their game to keep the judge’s attention. Anna took the stage with confidence, personality, and most importantly, skill.
The trick began with each judge drawing a card. She had Howie sign his card because her mom is a big fan!
Anna demonstrated her sleight-of-hand skills for three judges, pulling the right card out of seemingly nowhere. Judge Simon Cowell gave her a moment of panic, when he lied about his card!
Panic aside, Anna executed her tricks brilliantly. Then it was time for the big finale.
She explained that a successful performance warranted a celebration, and what’s a celebration without a cake?
Anna grabbed a cake that had been onstage the entire performance and brought it over to the table. You’ll have to watch the full video for the finale. It was the icing on top of a phenomenal performance!
