“Twilight” fans, today is a big day for Team Jacob. Taylor Lautner and his wife, Tay, announced the birth of their first child on September 16, 2026. The couple posted a photo of their new baby girl looking pretty in pink on Instagram. Taylor and Tay chose the perfect name for their baby girl, paying homage to mom and dad.

Taylor Lautner first shared the news that they were expecting a baby about six months ago. Now that Lennon is here, fans can’t wait to watch the little family grow.
“Oh my God, I can’t believe it! I was already so happy because my 3rd niece was born today, and now I go on Instagram and the baby has been in the world since September 16th. Oh my god, I’m so shocked! Congratulations, parents, may God continue to bless your lives greatly. Welcome, Princess Lennon,” a fan shared. “We love you so much, little Lautner.”
Others congratulated the mom and dad on this very exciting new chapter.
“Omg!!!! so happy for you both! Love you guys and love perfect little Lennon!!!” Someone wrote.

Taylor Lautner and Tay spoke about their pregnancy on the couple’s podcast “The Squeeze.” Tay admitted that she had no idea the public would be so invested in their baby news.
”I can’t explain the response from us posting. I don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t that at all,” Tay said. “My phone that day was blowing up like crazy, and I’ve just never experienced anything like that before. And it was definitely overwhelming.”
”I was not expecting that kind of love, and it really just it was so it was overwhelming in a good way, but it also put into perspective how precious this pregnancy and this baby is,” she added.
