Putri Ariani has stunned us with her incredible vocals once again, this time in the “America’s Got Talent” semifinals. In fact, her cover of U2’s “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” rendered judge Simon Cowell “speechless.” Accompanying herself on the piano, the blind singer transformed the well-known tune into a moving emotional journey with her dynamic range. It’s still hard to believe the performer is only 17!
“What a beautiful voice you’ve got,” said Cowell, who has been her biggest fan since he awarded her the Golden Buzzer during her audition. “This is why I still do this job: for moments like this, genuinely.”
This isn’t the first time Putri has put her own unique spin on a beloved classic. Her cover of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” back in 2021 left us spellbound.
