We’ve all seen Kevin Bacon dance, but did you know that his daughter has some moves of her own? Sosie Bacon and her dad participated in a viral dance challenge on TikTok, and the results are too cute! After Meghan Trainor released her hit song, “Made You Look,” tons of internet users were eager to imitate the choreography that went with it. Apparently, Sosie Bacon was no exception!
On The Tonight Show, the Footloose actor explained to Jimmy Fallon that he’d learned the moves specifically for his daughter. It wasn’t easy, either! Kevin Bacon said that he spent hours on the project while his daughter nailed it in “five minutes.” She even sent him tutorials on TikTok to help him out.
“The last time I’ve worked that hard, now that I think about it, on a dance, was when you asked me to come in and recreate the Footloose dance on this show,” Kevin Bacon joked to Fallon.
Although it took a lot of practice, the actor was finally able to film the “Made You Look” video with Sosie. You’d never be able to tell how difficult it was based on his performance in the clip. Kevin Bacon and his daughter executed the viral dance perfectly!
What’s especially sweet about this father-daughter video is how hard the celebrity was willing to work just to make his kid happy. You can clearly see that he put a lot of effort into learning the moves, and his enthusiasm in the footage is truly adorable. Both Kevin Bacon and his daughter look like they’re having so much fun together!
As our kids get older, it can be more difficult to find new ways to bond with them. Good for this famous dad for working so hard on this dance just to spend more time with his daughter!
