Things aren’t always what they seem! This has never been more true than when 25-year-old Venugopal aka Muttu was seen speeding along on his motorcycle with a tied-up leopard in the back. Upon spotting the captured animal, Venugopal’s neighbors assumed that he was poaching and reported him to the authorities. However, when forest service officials caught up with him, they found out that the young man was only trying to help.

Apparently, Venugopal had noticed the leopard on his farm in the Hassan District of Karnataka, India. Realizing that the beast was sick from dehydration, he loaded the animal onto his bike and rode off in search of assistance. Thankfully, forest officials were able to transport the leopard to the local veterinary hospital. Good News Network reports that Venugopal did not get in trouble for restraining the large cat.
