“I wish I’d married my wife about eight years earlier,” Sylvester said of Jennifer, 58. “I was like such an idiot, procrastinating. Because you know, I’m still actually learning about relationships that bad.”

Sylvester Stallone told CBS Sunday Morning that his parents weren’t the most loving people and that may have caused him to drag his feet when it came to Jennifer Flavin.
“And I have said it before, I just look at a child like an infant, like a pile of wet clay. And if you drop it two times, you put permanent dents. They don’t come out,” he said. “So you have to go through life with these problems, and they don’t go away.”
As he’s aged and finally found the love of his life, Sylvester Stallone said he learned who he wanted to be to Jennifer Flavin.
“It’s a habit, you know, learning to love a really wonderful habit,” he said. “And with my wife, Jennifer, it’s finally come to fruition. It took about 60 years, but we got there.”
