In a world of covers and karaoke, it’s rare that we hear a completely original song. But a recent viral video by The Joy has given us just that, and it’s making people smile all around the world!
The Joy is a South African a cappella group from a town called Hammersdale. They formed back in 2018 and have since gained international recognition and a large social media following for their unique vocal stylings – and seemingly effortless ability to harmonize!
The video features their original song, “Umakoti Ungowethu,” which translates to “the bride is mine” in Zulu. Our only complaint is that we want to hear more!
