7-Yr-Old Boy Obsessed With Target, So Mom Throws Most Unique Birthday Party Ever.

When I was a kid, there were certain places that felt really special to me just because I would always go there with my mom. A chain restaurant, a dusty book store… places that I normally wouldn’t look at twice if it weren’t for the fond memories my mom and I had created there. For one little boy, named Parker, that place was his local Target.

It might be a little unusual for a 7 year old boy to be obsessed with Target. But Parker made so many trips there with his mom, Kara, that he grew to love the retail chain. So much so, that Parker’s mom decided to throw the first-ever Target birthday party for Parker.

Buzzfeed that it was a success. “The whole party from start to finish was only an hour and half, and it was by far the easiest party I’ve ever planned… Most importantly, Parker loved every party of the party and feels extra special that he was the first person to ever have his own Target birthday.”
