Prince Harry and Meghan Markle famously moved to California in 2020 after stepping down from their official royal duties. Though many believed this was a permanent move, it seems now that’s not the case. Just weeks after visiting home for the first time in years as a family, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly moving back to the United Kingdom with their children just in time for the new school year. Where they will live and attend school is private, but insiders think this could mean good things for Prince Harry.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Seem to Want Reconciliation with the Royal Family
Though there have been no details or photos released from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s visit with the royal Family during the summer of 2026, it must have gone at least relatively well. Harry and Meghan seemed very happy in the United States, but something is pulling them back. It could be King Charles’ age and health, or maybe Prince Harry longs for the life he once knew. The pair still have good relationships in the United Kingdom with the Spencer family and Meghan Markle’s friends.
“I think it’s very important for them to be there with her,” Princess Diana’s brother once told People. “It is, luckily, very tranquil here, and they can come and go as they wish whenever they want. And that’s very lovely for me to know that.”
An insider told People that Prince Harry and Prince William remain in no contact, but there’s always hope that the brothers could reconcile. Maybe not for each other, but for the sake of their children getting to know their cousins. Only time will tell.
