The new year is officially here. As is an annual tradition for many, it’s time to say goodbye to the past and welcome a fresh start. For some, the new year marks a rebirth and a way to refocus on living a happier, healthier life. It’s also a time when many air their grievances with the year before. Pink took to Instagram on December 31 to say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026 with open arms. She made a poignant post about life that resonated with many fans.

“This year was a doozy for all of us, and it ran the spectrum from absolutely devastating to mildly annoying. In amongst all of that, there was so much beauty. And I got to wake up every day and get out of bed and go about my business. The business of loving my children and helping them to follow their dreams,” Pink wrote.
Pink Shared Opened Up About Her Health
At 46, Pink realizes the importance of caring for herself and listening to her body. She’s an extremely active person, but some of that apparently caught up with her, and she needed to slow down a bit. She posted a photo of a huge smile in her hospital bed while her family was celebrating New Year’s Eve. But Pink didn’t feel bitter; she felt blessed.
“I choose joy, and I leave behind the hurt. I’m going to choose positive thoughts over negative ones. And I’m going to rage against the dying of the light. I’m going to reclaim my wild. And I’m going to keep searching for the light, even as I experience the darkness. #onwardsand upwards as my
father used to say,” Pink shared. “Happy new year and may you experience more
joy than sorrow, more sunshine than rain, more love than hatred. Let’s shed
that old snake skin. And find our horsepower.”
The post touched fans like this person, who felt a closeness to Pink.
“Your message made me feel so much better as I ring in 2026 in a hospital alone as well. Please feel better,” they wrote.
