When you think of a singer with phenomenal range, who comes to mind? Mariah Carey? Carrie Underwood? Whitney Houston?

Marcelito first rose to fame thanks to a stint on Pilipinas Got Talent, where he was nicknamed the “man with a golden female voice.” His unique ability has helped him stand out in the crowd ever since!

He went on to win a Golden Record Award for his album “Duet Yourself” and quickly gained the attention of Ellen DeGeneres.

The gifted musician likes to display his unbelievable talent by performing duets – by himself!

When he took the stage next to DeGeneres in 2018, he pulled off both the high and low parts of “The Prayer.” Then he tackled another Céline Dion classic: “Beauty and the Beast.”

In a video, we see him begin the song, managing to sound just like Dion! While his “female” voice is impressive on its own, when he reaches the deeper part of the duet, his ability really shows. The result is as beautiful as it is jaw-dropping!

When he finishes, DeGeneres reveals that she arranged for Marcelito to see Dion live, and he can’t hide his excitement.

He’s so good that we wouldn’t be surprised to see him star in an opera! Not only does he produce gorgeous solo duets, but he also flawlessly goes back and forth between the parts without so much as a voice crack.
