In a hilarious bonding adventure, a female cat owner attempts to bond with her male cat, Louie the Lilac Ragdoll. Louie is a beautiful longhair ragdoll cat. If you’re familiar with the breed, they can be personable. Each has their own idea of what it is to be a cat. Taylor Swift’s ragdoll Benjamin Button recently graced the cover of Time Magazine. Another proud ragdoll momma cat introduced her kitten to the family’s infant.

Louie the Lilac Ragdoll travels a lot with his human. He doesn’t always behave at the pet store, but they enjoy a pretty active lifestyle. One recent outing was to Home Depot where the mom expected to do some quality “male bonding” with Louie. The scene opens with them cruising the aisles. Louie is in the child seat of a shopping cart as they traverse the store.

The bonding seemed to be going well. Louie the Lilac Ragdoll made a special request to check out power washers.

After their stroll through the power washer aisle, it was time to hit the lumber section. Louie thinks the lumber prices are highway robbery. That might put a damper on his plans to build a new deck!

The bonding continues in a second video as the pair goes to check out the sale on lighting fixtures. There is a brief discussion about getting a new miter saw to help with this project. Louie the Lilac Ragdoll seemed to get really excited in the tool aisle and began purring. That’s a cat after my own heart! Rechecking all the wood prices, Louie still maintains that prices are “Ridiculous.” Louie’s reaction to a stranger offering unwanted advice is typical.

If you aren’t aware, many big box home improvement stores are pet-friendly. Lowe’s even hired a man AND his service dog, Charlotte! If you ask an employee, they will find you a box to lay in the bottom of your cart so the grates don’t hurt your pet’s feet. They are very accommodating as long as your pet is well-behaved and on a leash.
