Micah Smith’s parents have a dog named Wilbur. The family took the dog on an outing to a Highland cow farm. Wilbur ran off and got himself lost. When Micah’s dad called for Wilbur, the cows decided to help him. The incredible cacophony from the herd was awe-inspiring.

Highland cows are both personable and nosy. With their long horns, they look menacing, but they’re like huge teddy bears in cow form. Even with the cows’ assistance, Wilbur did not heed the calls. He didn’t return home until 1:30 AM two days later! He was hungry and tired but otherwise unfazed by his adventure.

Highland cows are notorious for their quirky personalities and cuddly floof. These long-haired cows roam through life carefree, offering smiles to whoever crosses their path. Some farms provide cow cuddle sessions with these floofy animals. One owner tried the fainting trend with her cows. They reacted like only highland cows would. On another farm, Dumplin’, the miniature highland cow, is a master escape artist. His human mom spoils him too by bringing him into the house.
Seriously, though, who could resist this?
They’re like super-cuddly, fluffy dogs with hooves. Arnold Schwarzenegger has a mini zoo in his house, but he does not have a miniature highland cow. We think he might be missing an opportunity here.
When you thought playful goats in pajamas would take over the petscape, we had to introduce you to mini highland cows. Imagine this little cat facing off against a floofy cow. He’s showing no fear against the tiny goat. Who could possibly say no to these adorable, fluffy love sponges? They just want a few pets and some scritches!
