Fan-favorite Darci Lynne is back on this season of America’s Got Talent, and we couldn’t be more excited! When she was just 12, Darci Lynne and her puppet Petunia took the AGT stage by storm and brought home the win. Now she’s back to compete again, and performed with quite an unexpected twist!
This season, there are teams on AGT, and Darci Lynne and Petunia have secured a spot on Heidi Klum’s squad. However, all the judges are excited to see this singer and ventriloquist back on the stage.
Now that she’s 19 years old, Darci feels the pressure to up her game. In her career off the stage, she’s releasing a debut album and accomplishing great things. So to be back on the AGT stage is a big challenge for Darci Lynne!
She took the stage with Petunia and began her performance in the traditional way: a little banter and then the start of a song.
However… now comes the twist!
Darci grabbed a guitar and left Petunia flying solo! What’s going to happen now?
At first, the AGT judges were shocked by Darci Lynne’s choice to leave Petunia behind. But the move wasn’t quite what it seemed.
