High School Dance Team’s Chick-Fil-A Themed Routine Has Crowd In Stitches.

A novelty dance performed by a high school dance team pays hilarious homage to fast-food chain Chick-fil-A, and it’s scored tens of millions of hits on social media in less than a week.

Now, these super talented young ladies are hoping their newfound Internet fame will translate to donations so they can take the show on the road — specifically, Galveston, Texas.

That’s where the Bobcat Belles of Hallsville High School, in Hallsville, Texas, will perform their high-profile Chick-fil-A dance again, with hopes of winning the novelty dance competition. And if the reaction from their performance at the Dallas Grand Finale dance competition earlier this month is any indication, the other teams should just “moo-oove”on over now.

The four-minute clip features a choreographed routine to a montage of songs. Among them are “Proud To Be A Cow”from Sesame Street, “Milkshake”by Kelis, “Time Of My Life”from Dirty Dancing, and a Chick-fil-A parody of The Beatles’ “Yesterday.â€

And their dance styles are seemingly as random as the song selections as they seamlessly move from twerking to ballet! Geez, this looks hard enough to do in a regular dance outfit, but in a cow costume? So it came as no surprise to anyone that the team had the contest’s highest-scoring novelty dance.

Kathryn Calaway, the school’s dance team instructor, said she’s “honored to work with them,”and that the dance was “more of a chance for them to let loose and have some fun.”Which they certainly did.

“HOLY COW! We never expected one of our dances to be viewed so many times, and we hope our dancing cows brought a little joy to your day!”the team said.
