Sometimes you’ve just got to bust a move, even when you happen to be at work.
Music executive Suzanne Durham was on an American Airlines plane in Nashville, Tennessee, when she happened to glance out her window and saw someone whose joy simply could not be contained. Instantly recognizing that this was a moment she had to share with her friends on Twitter, Suzanne pulled out her phone and began to record.

Envoy Crew Chief Isaiah Foster was on the tarmac at Nashville International Airport that day when the sudden urge to dance struck him. Without realizing that Suzanne and others were watching, he began to dance like… no one was watching. Using his air traffic control wands as drum sticks, Isaiah proceeded to bop his head to music that only he could hear.

To Suzanne’s delight, Isaiah carried on with his dance for several minutes, adding a rather fancy twirl that would make even the most seasoned chorus line dancer proud. Suzanne immediately felt her spirits rise as she watched Isaiah’s sheer joy for life.
After recording 39 seconds of the young man’s dance Suzanne uploaded the video to Twitter with the caption, “Whoever you are…THANK YOU! This @AmericanAir guy is living his #bestlife!”
The video was an instant hit online, quickly racking up almost 100,000 views on Twitter alone. Before long, Isaiah’s managers saw the clip and posted, “Crew chief Isaiah Foster proves that when you love what you do, you can dance on the fly.”

There’s something so light and carefree about Isaiah’s dancing that we can’t help but grin when we watch Suzanne’s video. It’s a pleasure to see someone who’s having a great time while working, and sometimes another person’s great attitude rubs off on us just by seeing how happy they are. This is true in the reverse, too; never forget that our attitudes can really have a powerful impact on the lives of others!
