When the world gets overwhelming, it’s easy to lose sight of the little joys in life. That said, you might be surprised by what you notice if you take the time to slow down every once in a while. One way to do this is by immersing yourself in nature. That’s certainly something that a woman named Megan Musgrove enjoys doing.

She lives near the Ozark Mountains, a beautiful mountain range that is home to a number of beautiful creatures. One morning, Megan came across a deer and her mom. The two looked so adorable together! Then, as it started to rain, the baby deer got a case of the zoomies. Megan captured this moment on camera, so now we can all enjoy it!

“Could be the [baby’s] first ever experience with rain and he’s so excited for it,” someone points out in reply to Megan’s video. Others add, “[Mom is] just trying to do the deer equivalent of drinking her coffee in peace and bro is running circles around the house” and “[It’s] like she got new shoes and wants to see how fast she can run.”

When you see deer frolicking around like this, does it make you think of the animated movie Bambi? If so, you’re not alone! In fact, a number of people asked that Megan reupload a version of her video with a song from the movie added: Little April Shower. But Megan did something even better — she also gave us more footage!
@hausofwolfandlamb For all those asking for Little April Showers from Bambi … here you go. 🥰 #bambi #rain #natureathome #disney ♬ dźwięk oryginalny – 🦌
Deer are such beautiful creatures. What a blessing it must be to have one trust you enough to bring their own babies in your backyard. That’s certainly how Mads, a woman in Oklahoma, felt when it happened to her.
