One grandpa is such a huge fan of V8 beverages, his granddaughter decided to contact the company and let them know it! Their response to finding out that the elderly man consumes this drink every single day was way too sweet. Not only did they send him a lovely letter, but they also threw in some free products! Grandpa was floored when he read their note.
Madison Taylor shared the most adorable video of her grandfather’s reaction to the surprise gift. He was ecstatic to discover that the company had packed him a box with some of his favorite flavors inside. They also gave him a new product to try!
Grandpa read the thoughtful message from V8 out loud on camera. Madison had informed the company beforehand that her grandfather’s sibling had passed away, so they offered their condolences.
“Norman, we heard you were a huge fan and wanted to reach out,” read the letter. “We’re so sorry to hear about your recent loss. We chatted with Madison, who gave us your contact and favorite flavors. We hope this gift can provide some joy during this time.”
Once the elderly man got through the note, he realized that it was his granddaughter who had made this delightful surprise happen. He was so excited about trying the company’s new strawberry flavor!
“Hey, that sounds fabulous,” he said.
Madison’s video went viral, receiving over 6 million views! Of course, this isn’t the first time Grandpa’s wholesome personality has won hearts online. Not that long ago, his granddaughter shared some screenshots from this man’s adorable, encouraging emails to his family members.
