Wuauquikuna is made up of brothers Luis and Fabian Salazar of Ecuador. Together, they’ve spent more than 20 years traveling and performing around Europe. Both share a passion for folklore music and play a variety of panpipes and flutes, including the quenacho, dizi, zampoña (or siku), and rondador.

“We bring to life our music using the instruments mainly from South and North America and from other parts of the world,” the brothers wrote.

While they have covered many popular hits over the years, their take on Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” is a fan favorite. We can’t say we’re surprised!

In a video, we see that Luis and Fabian are surrounded by gorgeous views as they play the beautiful song on pan flutes. Each perfect note inspires peace and relaxation and makes us want to stop what we’re doing, close our eyes, and enjoy the full depth of sound.

We’re not the only ones who could listen to them play all day long!

One fan wrote, “This is magical. Makes me want to float in the sky.” Another added, “In my opinion, the world’s most beautiful song played on the most beautiful musical instrument. Thank you.”
