This part of the house has a cream-colored base, white cabinets, and bright, fruit-laden lemon trees. The countertops appear to be granite.
Beyond the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washer and dryer. The room is large enough for a small pantry, table, chairs, or other furnishings. The back door from the utility room opens onto a large deck. The backyard is spacious and has a fence. A single-car, detached garage sits outside the fencing, with a paved walkway to the back door.
This is a very cozy starter home. The artistically painted walls make it unique and attractive to the right buyer. Someone cared a lot about the home and poured their heart into it through the paintbrush. Unlike so many beige-everything homes, the bursts of color in almost every room enhance the quaint beauty of the house. Christina’s son has put a bid on this house.
