Woman Feels “Loved 30K Ft In The Sky” When Boyfriend Orchestrates Mid-Flight Proposal.

A two-photo collage. The first shows passengers of a Delta flight holding up handwritten signs that read “Will you marry me?” The second shows a man caressing a woman’s face. They both look emotional.

When you’re ready to ask your one true love if they want to spend the rest of their life with you, there’s no better time than now to do just that – even if you’re 30,000 feet in the air. This is the exact scenario Darian Brinkley found himself in while on a Delta flight from Atlanta to Cancún in Mexico.

His significant other, Minita Tanner, was in the lavatory when Darian put his plan into action. Passengers sitting nearby were given handwritten signs that read, “Will you marry me?” Next, Darian readied himself by getting on one knee, the gorgeous ring he had to offer Minita already on display. To top it all off, there were plenty of folks around who were ready to capture the moment with their phone cameras.

The moment Minita stepped back into the aisle of the plane, her mouth dropped. Everyone began to cheer, and the look on Darian’s face said everything she needed to hear in order to give him a “yes!” Tears steamed down her face as the two of them embraced, a moment that was quickly followed by more cheers of celebration.

“Feeling loved 30k feet in the air,” Minita wrote on Facebook.
