“Adorable” might not be the first word that comes to mind when describing a skunk, but these baby skunks might just change your mind! A woman recently had a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with these little critters while driving. She slowed to a stop when she noticed a group of five tiny, black-and-white baby animals hanging out by the side of the road. Before she knew it, they whole group was headed straight toward her parked car!
“They’re coming to me!” she exclaimed.
The woman got the cutest footage of the baby skunks waddling in her direction. They looked like they were scoping out the unfamiliar vehicle. At one point, it almost seemed like they were trying to find a way inside! While all of this was happening, an adult skunk was watching carefully from across the street.
“The day 5 baby skunks begged me to play with them,” reads the video’s caption on TikTok.
It’s generally not a good idea to get too friendly with wild animals, especially babies. However, this woman responsibly admired the adorable baby skunks safely from inside the car. All in all, it was a truly wholesome moment!
