a two-photo collage. the first is a front-facing view of a lego submarine in a river. the second is a screenshot of a map showing the route the lego submarine will take. it’s captioned “long journey.”

If you’ve ever wanted to take your LEGO creations on deep-water adventures, prepare to live vicariously through this talented builder.

Known as Brick Experiment Channel on YouTube, this Finnish creator is known for working on all kinds of fascinating projects. Or, as they put it, they “do nerdy experiments with Lego bricks.” In other words, they make childhood dreams come true, and millions of people around the world couldn’t be happier about it.

Their latest project, which currently has over 6 million views, takes LEGOs to new depths with a radio-controlled submarine that uses a pressure and laser distance sensor to help it navigate. The video starts by giving us glimpses into the creation process before taking us on two test runs: One takes place in a swimming pool while the other is in a small river. It’s like going on a little underwater adventure!

Watch this brave LEGO captain go on a great adventure in the video below, and don’t forget to share.
