Many people that Chick-fil-A’s customer service, drive-thru, and cleanliness is unmatched. No matter where you are in the United States, if you visit a Chick-fil-A, you can expect a very similar experience. People love that and the consistency is what keeps the restaurants filled six days a week. The chain closes on Sunday so employees can have a day off for family, worship, or rest. They do enough business the other days of the week that the choice hasn’t negatively affected the brand. In fact, it likely boosted it. When Chick-fila-A introduces something new, fans get very excited. Chick-fil-A does a lot of things very well, but one category they’ve never delved too deep into is coffee. Apparently, that’s about to change.

Chick-fil-A is Testing Coffee Drinks in Select Markets

Instagram snack source Snackolator shared the exciting info about Chick-fil-A’s new coffee drinks.

“Chick-fil-A is about to up their coffee game in a big way with new Cream Cold Brew and Iced Coffee with new flavors being tested in select markets in Alabama!” Snackolator wrote. “You can get both the new Cream Cold Brew and Iced Coffee in Caramel, Mocha, and Vanilla flavors – the Iced Coffee currently does not have the additional flavors nationwide.”

Bringing great coffee into the mix made many Chick-fil-A fans excited, especially those in the test markets. The new coffee offerings are currently just in the Anniston, Birmingham, and Tuscaloosa, Alabama markets.

“Finally something is being tested near me! Gonna try on Friday!” An excited fan wrote.

“Yessss. Something being tested near me!” Another person shared.

This person got excited, but them realized they’d have to wait a bit longer.

“Got me excited. Thought this was out,” they wrote.
