Leon Logothetis is a television host adored for many reasons. One of those is his project, the #GoBeKind tour, in which he seeks out good samaritans, learns their story and generously leaves them with $1,000.

This time, he found James – a father who had moved from New York to Denver in hopes of making a better life for his son.
“The reason I made this move is for him to be in a peaceful place, And I want him to experience things that I missed growing up,” James said to Leon.
But he’s had some setbacks since the move. Even though a job is in the works, the place in which they were meant to live fell through, leaving them homeless. James says that the only thing keeping him emotionally afloat are his son, meditation and prayer.
“You have to be brought down to your humblest point so you can appreciate other things that are waiting for you.”
Leon was so touched by this selfless father’s story that he included another surprise. At the end of the video, he left a call to action to contribute to a GoFundMe page in James’ honor… leading to an accumulated sum of $14,000 in just 24 hours. WOW.
