We love when dances go viral because just about everyone gets in on the fun – even animals!
When Adriane DeWolfe of California heard Blanco Brown’s song “The Git Up” (which is also known as the “Cowboy Boogie”), she knew she had to give it a try. Of course, since she spends so much time training her horse Toaster, she knew she couldn’t do it alone!

She took inspiration from the “Git Up Challenge,” a country line dance set to Blanco’s song and set out to teach Toaster the steps. While it took her awhile to help him feel the rhythm, the end result is 100 percent worth it!
“Toaster and I have been working on a project for some time now,” Adriane wrote on Facebook. “I hope this makes people smile.”

In a video, we see that Toaster really holds his own! Following Adriane’s cues, he steps to the left and right and even spins around in a circle.
Of course, his favorite part seems to be when the song says it’s his “time to shine” because he can do whatever goofy horse thing he wants!

After the two of them complete the dance with impressive finesse, they cap off their adorable production with a hug. The obvious love between this horse and his partner is enough to make us smile, laugh, and get a little misty-eyed!

Now that is one well-trained horse! We know from personal experience just how hard it is to be coordinated, so Toaster really blew us out of the water. Thank you, Adriane, for taking the time to make everyone smile!
