Andrew the bicyclist was enjoying a sunny, gorgeous day in Northern England, riding his bike along a well-established bike path.
When Andrew turned around, he saw a group behind him he didn’t anticipate.
A group of cows, that is!
This cattle crew made it out of their field and onto the path. The farmer desperately chased the cows but, when he saw the biker there, he came up with a plan.
“Stop them!” the farmer cried.
Unsure how to stop an entire party of rogue cows, Andrew the bicyclist asked for more instruction. The farmer guided him on putting his arms out firmly.
Andrew executed his newfound farmer duties brilliantly, stopping the cattle for long enough that the farmer could catch up.
“A bit out of my comfort zone here!” said bicyclist when the farmer approached him afterward.
You never know when you’re going to need to try something new. Stay open and willing to help. Who knows, maybe you’ll be an unintentional cowboy one day, too!
