“The Voice” Coaches Fight Over Contestant After She Knocks Joni Mitchell Song Out Of The Park.

This incredible blind audition wowed the coaches.

As soon as Elsa Marilyn began singing Joni Mitchell’s “Big Yellow Taxi” for her blind audition on “The Voice Australia,” all four coaches were captivated. Starting out soft and building up to a powerful chorus, the 17-year-old demonstrated incredible control over her voice as well as an impressive range. It wasn’t long before Rita Ora, Jessica Mauboy, and Jason Derulo staked their claim on the singer by pressing their buttons. Guy Sebastian wasn’t far behind his colleagues, eventually throwing his hat into the ring, as well.

“That for me was a perfect audition,” said Ora, according to TV Blackbox. “There was not one flaw.”

Elsa had her pick of coaches by the end of the performance, and she decided that the celebrity she most wanted to work with was Ora. We’re wishing the teen singer all the best in the rest of the competition!
