Each singer on “The Voice Australia” strives to give the judges at least a single reason to turn around for them, but in Elly Poletti’s stunning performance, she gave them a million reasons. At the start of her audition, she can be seen with her eyes closed. She seems to take a breath before she begins to sing “Million Reasons” by Lady Gaga.
From the start, Elly puts her own spin on this emotional song. The audience can’t get enough of the strength in her voice as she belts out the lyrics, showcasing her powerful vocals. In fact, at some point, the audience made their feelings known by encouraging the judges to turn around through their supportive cheers.
When the song reaches its crescendo, the judges and the audience are finally on the same page. One by one they each turn around, causing the audience to cheer even louder for this incredibly talented singer.
