The acapella group, which includes singers Kevin Olusola, Kirstin Maldonado, Matt Sallee, Scott Hoying, and Mitch Grassi, took the field ahead of the Ravens-Texans game on December 25th. As the players bowed their heads and the crowd stayed absolutely silent, they belted The Star Spangled Banner in NRG Stadium. As they sang the final notes, fireworks fell from the ceiling, and the crowd erupted.
