Teachers don’t usually expect to get gifts from their students, making Mr. Dunton all the more shocked by the special Christmas present his class got him this year.
Figuring out what to buy him was easy. Mr. Dunton loves sneakers, specifically Air Jordans. He wears them everywhere, but his most recent pair was falling apart. A group of students noticed this and decided to pool their money together so they could surprise him with brand new kicks, something they were super excited to do for the person they consider to be their favorite teacher.
One of the students recorded the scene as Mr. Dunton opened his gift in class, and his reaction is absolutely priceless! He goes through a range of emotions from confused (how did they even get his shoe size?) to shocked they went through the trouble of getting him such a meaningful gift – and finally, to pure excitement over the amazing shoes he’d been given!
