That’s why the men and women who work hard to protect and save those animals are such a blessing. And for a sweet dog named Khaleesi, they are miracle workers.
Khaleesi was found completely covered in nasty fleas and ticks, clinging to life. But they were hanging on to her bare body as she had lost all of her fur.

Not only that, but one of the poor pup’s legs was broken, and it hadn’t healed properly. On top of that a huge sore covered the entire lower half of her left ear.
She was in bad shape, to say the least. But then she found hope…

A group of volunteers from Rudozem Street Dog Rescue found her just in time. RSDR is a non profit foundation in Bulgaria that rescues street dogs & cats from a life of abuse and finds them loving homes.
They healed her in such a special way. And it’s clearly evident on Khaleesi’s face… you can just see that smile emerge picture by picture!
