Few things are more important than spending quality time with your family. For the Sua family, this usually involves music.

From Anchorage, Alaska, the Suas say the art form has always played a huge role in their lives. It’s what brought Sam Sua and Easter Mailealo together in the first place before they had their daughters, Seradhna and Sennaya.
“When I met up with [Sam] we bonded over music, music is art so we continued to do songs and do mashups,” Easter said.

Now all four remix popular songs together on their YouTube channel. And last year, their passion catapulted them into the spotlight when one of their videos went viral on Facebook. Millions watched the Suas’ version of Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line’s “Meant to Be.” The family sang in their car, a cappella style, swapping in their own spiritually inspired lyrics.

Now the Suas are back with an even cuter video, if that’s possible. After getting their hands on a mini toy keyboard, they came up with the perfect tune to cover Lizzo’s “Truth Hurts.” Sam played the keyboard while Seradhna rapped family-friendly lyrics and Sennaya struck adorably sassy poses wearing sunglasses. And, of course, Easter’s voice rang out as beautiful as ever.

The wholesome band also debuted their newest member – baby Sezaiah. While the little boy may be too young to join in, something tells us singing won’t come too far behind his first words.

Thousands went crazy over the video once again, with many wishing they could join the family – and who could blame them?
“Literal chills. I want to go over and be their kid and sing Lizzo songs with them,” one viewer wrote on Facebook. Another added, “I like this version better than the original.”
We couldn’t agree more. What a beautiful family, not to mention talented! Here’s hoping they never stop having fun together or bringing smiles to their fans’ faces. One thing’s for sure – their love for music isn’t going anywhere!
