In this case, the little girl in the video is an actress, so she’s not in any real danger. The stranger who approaches her is also in on the plot, but the people she sits next to are not.
It’s fascinating to see how total strangers overhear the man’s conversation with the child. You can almost see the exact moment when their “this isn’t right” instinct kicks in, and they intervene.
