TikToker and do-gooder Zachery Dereniowski recently shared an amazing encounter that he had with a man at the library. He approached the student at his desk and asked him if he could spare some food. Without hesitation, the guy offered to buy Zachery a snack!
The influencer was surprised and touched by the stranger’s kindness. So, he started getting to know the student a little better. He found out that the man was from Mumbai and missed his family terribly. However, he was working hard so that he could help his loved ones financially.
Later, the student took Zachery Dereniowski for a cup of coffee and insisted that he order a large one. When the TikToker offered to pay him back, the man refused to take it. So, Zachery surprised him with something even more generous: $2,000 so that he could visit his family in Mumbai!
This stranger was shocked by the influencer’s incredible kindness.
“But you don’t know me,” he protested.
In response, Zachery Dereniowski held up the cup of coffee that the other man had bought him without a second thought, despite the fact that he was a stranger.
“Exactly,” said the TikToker.
Overwhelmed, the student gave Zachery a huge hug, calling his generous gift “a dream come true.”
