Everybody has a favorite pair of shoes that they could wear day and night. However, this oftentimes means that they wear out more quickly, so you might have to buy a new pair frequently.
A UK man found a “loophole” and decided he will never pay for his favorite shoes ever again. How did he do it? Simple! By getting them tattooed on his feet.
Yes, you read that right. This man decided to get a permanent tattoo of his favorite pair of Nikes. Dean Gunther was the talented (and brave) artist that made this man’s wish come true. He said drawing the sneakers by hand was definitely the hardest part of it all.
“Drawing the tattoo on my free hand was the most challenging part,” Dean said. “I had to make sure everything flows with the contours of the body.”
The artist documented the whole process and posted a video on his Instagram. At the end of the video, you can see the tattooed man smiling from ear to ear. And although some people on social media say they aren’t really a fan of the tattooed sneakers, the man seems to be happy with them, and that is all that matters!
Despite how you might feel about these “shoes,” the bright side is his feet won’t be all sweaty after a long day of “wearing” them… right?
