It takes the right combination nerve and raw talent to tackle a Celine Dion classic. When auditioning for a show like The Voice, you definitely can’t afford to be nervous. A shaky voice and bad song choice have sent many good singers home!
But luckily for a Voice Australia contestant named Sabrina Batshon, she definitely had what it took to impress the judges — and we are sure she made Celine Dion herself quite proud.

For her audition, the 29-year-old Sydney native sang “The Power Of Love”. This song is so distinctly Dion that it makes it a difficult song for any other singer to live up to.
But when Sabrina started hitting those incredibly high notes, judges couldn’t help but turn their chairs for her!

Sabrina’s confidence, vocal skills, and range were apparent throughout her cover of the song. The judges were blown away by her sheer talent … and the fact that it was packed into such a small frame. One judge even described her as a “pocket rocket.”
